Muddy Creek Primitives, a small company in the center of Nebraska, was created by Barb Olson who began making primitives for her own personal decor. It then grew into a business when she found the love for the primitive look was popular with her neighbors & friends.

Muddy Creek is a narrow river that runs through the town of Broken Bow. The area is rich with a long history of hardworking farm & ranch families. It is this heritage that inspires Barb to put many hours of detail into each piece she creates.
